Most break-ins, burglaries and home invasions don’t happen at night.

Bersa S**t

So, somebody came by today seeking Bersa S**t.  That was one of the most popular searches today that linked to my site.   I aim to please.

The Bersa in .380 is the Argentinian clone of the PPK.  In many countries, you can’t have anything over .380.

I can say this, you either love ’em, or leave ’em.  Good design.  Easy carry.

DA/SA, .380, external hammer, fixed barrel, nice beaver tail, easy on the hand and recoil, all of that.  A cheap Walther PPK for sure, yeah yeah.

I like mine, but its outta commission.  Needs to be sent back.  The safety/decocker lever is not working – sometimes it de-cocks,  Sometimes it does not.  Either way, it will be sent back.  Lifetime warranty.  Its been a good deal.  Until it’s not.  I pay freight to send it, each time.  That is a Not.  This is going to be the 3rd time.  So.  Not.

I put many rounds through this gun, without problem.  Mixed feelings then.

The last time I sent it in, the entire slide was replaced.  Designated “out of spec,” for whatever that’s worth.  Does not work after that.  Well, it works, but not like it should.

It will go back.  Again.  It’s been a good little pistol, but it’s trying my patience.

Carmen Harlen. Stating the Obvious.

A Detroit-based local news anchor found herself in hot water this week after making a comment connecting Michigan’s large Muslim community to potential ISIS threats.

During a report on a social media post claiming that the self-proclaimed Islamic State had soldiers in multiple states including Michigan, Harlen said “And given the fact that we have the largest Arab population outside of the Middle East, I guess this should not come as a real surprise.”

Should not have been made to apologize.  Especially as she has been with that Station in Detroit for a long, long time.  Guess that does not hold any sway.  Shame on WDIV.

Fact:  Michigan has a large Muslim population.

Fact:  The government has come out and said that EVERY state in the US has some sort of ISIS connection. 

Fact:  ISIS “lone-wolves” or ISIS supporters have largely – if not solely – been, muslim.

Fact:  Victim status can be powerful.  I’m not surprised.

If I was the program manager I would have stood fast and ripped that victim card up, immediately.  I must be some sort of racist.

So, at some point, this Candidates run for Office has to fall apart, yes?  Not a bad thing.  Right?

Clinton is a non-stop cascade of disqualification, and the Democrats know it. We are months, maybe even weeks, away from the straw that finally breaks the back of her misbegotten ambitions. If nothing else, some legacy media news editor hard-pressed for copy sales or ratings will finally pull the trigger on the Jeffrey Epstein/Pedophile Island scandal, and even a healthy campaign could never withstand the spectacle of the candidate’s husband being credibly accused as a serial debaucher of underaged prostitutes.

And when that time finally comes, and the inevitable euthanasia of Hillary Clinton’s political ambitions finally materializes, it won’t be Sanders who benefits. Nor will the other Lilliputian Democrat hopefuls, like Jim Webb, Lincoln Chaffee or Martin O’Malley.

 It’s going to be Mike Bloomberg.
