Tsarnaev’s Mother. Acting Ugly. Update: And Now, On Our Dime.

Tsarnaeva, mother of two men suspected of carrying out the Boston bombings, attends a news conference in Makhachkala

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) — The family of the convicted marathon bomber is in America, on your tax dollars, and survivors are outraged after learning the news.

Sources say these family members are being called as witnesses and not only that, at least three agencies are working around the clock to protect and transport them. This is all part of the defense team’s strategy to save Tsarnaev. While it’s unclear when their flight started, we know the last part of it came through Amsterdam and landed at Logan Airport and cost nearly $2,500 per person.

How nice.

Should be interesting if she testifies for the Defense.  I would love to see how they present this woman’s testimony, in context of some of her prior ugly and ignorant comments:

“They will pay for my sons and the sons of Islam, permanently!!!” threatened Zubeidat Tsarnaeva in a bitter rant sent to the media/technology website Vocativ.

“The tears of their mothers will be fuel for them in hell,” continued the lengthy missive penned after Wednesday’s conviction of her younger son, 21-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Boston Bomber, Dzhokar Tsarnaev’s mother hits out at American Media.

Boo hoo.

They, the Tsarnaev’s, came to this county, could not fit in, and left.  Hurt feelings and all.  Well, I’m not sorry for them.  That they could not take their misfit murdering sons with them when they left, that is the tragedy.

Obama and the Clintons, selling the Country.

hillary-greedySo, back in March there was talk of Hillary’s private server, and of how she refused to turn it over – not only that, but then we were told the server and its contents were destroyed.  Gone.  Over at abovethelaw.com, the questions were asked, and accurately answered:

Does Hillary Clinton bear potential exposure to be held in contempt? Is there a chance that Clinton could go to jail based on her comments at her super-awkward press conference, stating that she deleted about 30,000 emails that she considered personal in nature? What are the right questions to be asking about data, preservation, life, the universe, and everything?

Answer, “yes”, “we can only hope” and “I have no idea.”

That was in March.  This month we learn of an even larger scandal – Uranium One.  Essentially its alleged that Clinton’s State Department approved the sale of one of America’s laclintondeal-fbrgest uranium mines while the seller of that company was making huge donations to Clinton’s “charity.”  That, coming out of the New York Times recently.

When that interesting gem was revealed, that “charity” decided, “Oops, now we have to file amended tax returns for the last several years.. . “  Mmm Hmm.  Because they made some mistakes and just realized it?  No.  Because they got caught.  Why were these returns false – essentially fake?  Because Clinton’s charity was behind that Uranium One deal, and probably others.  Because Clinton would certainly prefer that no one knows of her conflicts of interest, secrets and lies.    Because she’s greedy.  Because she thinks she’s above all scrutiny.  Because, Clinton.

Over at the New Yorker, 5 questions are asked.  But with the Clinton server now gone – in direct violation of demands made by key Representatives investigating Benghazi – we can’t be sure to find answers.  Putin-Obama

Another interesting question: Why did this administration allow the sale of American Uranium interests to a Russian company… ?  Russia, with its Iranian partnership?

A Criminal?  The Clinton’s are pretty slick, as in Teflon slick.  But one things for sure – not enough people are talking about it.

Parents lost daughter to mass shooter, now owe $220,000.

images“To his suppliers…”.

Of course, his suppliers.  Like Lucky Gunner, Sportsman’s Guide, or other companies physically visited him in the dark of night and put the guns and ammunition directly in his possession.  And told him to go forth with murderous intent.  Or even simply knew of that intent.  And knew he was deranged.  Oh, wait, they didn’t?  They didn’t do any of that?  Oops.

Of course they didn’t.  Predictably, CSGV is aghast.

CSGV-Aurora-legal-costsSandy Phillips, Plaintiff, said at the time her suit was filed,

“As gun owners, parents, and citizens of this country, we hope that our lawsuit will spare other families the tragedy that we have gone through after the death of our beautiful daughter.”

Not so much.

Liberal media and gun-grabbers can’t ignore what the judge said:

“There can be no question that Holmes’s deliberate, premeditated criminal acts were the predominant cause of plaintiffs’ daughter’s death,” Judge Matsch wrote, but “[n]either the Web nor the face-to-face sales of ammunition and other products to Holmes can plausibly constitute a substantial factor causing the deaths and injuries in this theater shooting.”

Implausible. The opposite of Believable.  Convincing.  Credible.  Realistic.

Common sense from a Court.  How about that.

And the Plaintiffs in this case are not “maybe” liable for their frivolous suit, they ARE liable for their foolishness.  Of course they could claim malpractice against their lawyers, who failed them.  Or point the blame at the Brady Campaign who were all too happy to carry their water.  Good luck with that.
